We will be practising different types of yoga, we will be using yogic aspects to heal the body, practices will be progressive and personalised accordingly, Approach will be traditional so that we don't lose the essence of yoga, we will be challenging our mind by discussing philosophy as well if it's your thing otherwise I won't bore you with it.

I highly recommend Darshan as a top-tier yoga instructor. He brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and genuine warmth to every session. Thanks to his experience, he can break down complex poses into simple, manageable steps, making yoga accessible to everyone. He can tailor each lesson to individual goals, ensuring students build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness at their own pace safely. We have been practicing online for 2 years, and I can say from experience I have improved a lot without any injuries. I would highly recommend him to start your journey with.
