I'm a passionate yoga instructor committed to helping people improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life through yoga. I believe yoga is not just a form of exercise but a holistic practice that brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and personalized. I focus on correct posture, mindful breathing, and gradual progress so that every student feels comfortable and confident, regardless of age or experience level. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can build strength, flexibility, reduce stress, and develop healthy lifelong habits.
Whether you're looking to improve fitness, manage stress, increase flexibility, or simply begin your yoga journey, I would be delighted to guide and support you every step of the way.

My yoga classes are designed to be welcoming, practical, and tailored to each student's individual goals and fitness level. Whether you are a complete beginner or have prior experience, I will guide you through each session with clear instructions and proper posture alignment.
Classes include warm-up exercises, yoga asanas, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, relaxation techniques, and cool-down stretches. Depending on your objectives, sessions can focus on flexibility, strength, weight management, stress reduction, improved posture, or overall physical and mental well-being.
