Patient and easy-going tutor (Master's degree in French) with 15 years of experience offers online French classes

Helen is a wonderful teacher and I cannot recommend her enough! Helen worked with my older teenager (who was at an advanced level), and the results were so wonderful that my younger teenager (who was at a beginner level at the time) started working with Helen as well! Helen managed to build confidence in both of my kids and pushed their vocabulary and conversational skills to the next level, making them comfortable with real-world speaking proficiency and oral fluency. Her lessons were engaging and well-structured, and her patience and support were endless. I am extremely grateful to have found Helen!

Helen is an amazing foreign language instructor! I have taken Russian and Ukrainian lessons from her and I can say my knowledge in both languages have improved because of her. She is patient, thoughtful, and supportive of her students and will move at the student's pace. She is open on suggestions for homework and provides excellent feedback. I highly recommend her!

Helen is an exceptional tutor—highly educated, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. My daughter always returns from her sessions happy, motivated, and full of energy. I highly recommend Helen.

My daughter works with Helene and absolutely adores learning French with her! She is a great teacher and makes learning fun and interesting.

Before I started taking lessons with Helen, I had a teacher who would yell and smack the desk if I made a mistake. It was very unpleasant and almost made me want to quit learning French altogether. Soon, I began studying with Helen instead and, thanks to her patient and easygoing manner which makes learning a language enjoyable and stress free, I decided not to quit after all. Her lessons are relaxed, but still challenging, and she never makes me feel stupid if I forget a word or say something incorrectly. So whether you're working toward a specific goal or just learning for fun, Helen is an understanding and supportive tutor who works at your pace and with your specific needs to help you succeed. Would highly recommend!

Helen is a great language teacher. I’ve been learning French and she is guiding me very well with grammar and to practice speaking with confidence. She is extremely patient and makes you feel comfortable to practice and grow in your new language skills. She can easily switch back and forth from English to French making the learning process easy. She meets you at your level and pushes you for continued growth. I highly recommend Helen to learn a new language.

Helen is an incredible teacher who truly changes lives. She played a pivotal role in helping my wife learn to speak English during our transition to a new life in the United States. Her patience, encouragement, and ability to make complex concepts approachable made all the difference.
Helen’s dedication went beyond just teaching a language—she empowered my wife to gain confidence and independence in a new environment. Her personalized approach and genuine care for her students’ success are unmatched.
Thanks to Helen, my wife now communicates with ease, opening doors to opportunities and connections in our new home. We’re forever grateful for her support and expertise.

Two of my teenage children take French lessons from Helen. She is so kind and patient. It can be frustrating learning a new language. Grace and Thomas always leave their lessons happy and laughing about any mistakes they made. Her teaching method has been great for both my kids and this says a lot as they have different styles of learning.

Helen is the ideal tutor. I've worked with her for years and am proudly fluent in French because of her. She's patient, kind, interesting, and has an unparalleled mastery of the language. I'd recommend her to anyone interested in improving their language skills. Thanks for all you've done for me, Helen!
