About Ntando
Hi, I'm Ntando Mhlanga. I am a dedicated and passionate online tutor based in South Africa, focusing on supporting primary and high school learners in Mathematics, English, and the Social Sciences.
Academically, I have always maintained a strong drive for success. In my own schooling career, I achieved Level 6 (Distinction-level) passes in subjects requiring deep critical thinking and analytical skills, including Geography, History, and Economics. This strong academic foundation allows me to understand exactly what examiners look for and how students can study effectively to reach their full potential.
I chose to get into tutoring because I know how intimidating school subjects can feel when a student falls behind on a foundational concept. I pride myself on being incredibly patient, encouraging, and clear in my communication. My goal is to create a comfortable, stress-free online learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, learn from their mistakes, and build genuine confidence in their abilities.
When I am not tutoring, I enjoy exploring digital technology and language learning. I look forward to partnering with parents and students to make learning a positive and rewarding experience!

Hi, I'm Ntando Mhlanga! I specialise in helping Grade 4-7 learners build a strong foundation in Mathematics and actually enjoy working with numbers.
Primary school maths introduces big shifts—like fractions, long division, decimals, and word problems. When a child misses a single step, they can easily fall behind and lose confidence. I focus on breaking these foundational topics down into fun, simple, and memorable steps that make sense to young minds.
What I offer:
• Patient, step-by-step homework support and assignment guidance.
• Interactive practice to master times tables, fractions, and word problems.
• A positive, stress-free online space where making mistakes is just part of learning.
I offer a free 30-minute introductory session where we can meet over video, review what your child is currently finding tricky at school, and set a comfortable pace. Let's work together to make maths stress-free!
