She is a very experienced hardworking dedicated yoga teacher and she is strict and disciplined but she knows how to make the class interesting and I assure you that once you join the class you will come out healthy And I'm sure that she will transform you completely

I just admire her persistence and dedication in teaching yoga ..everytime while doing workout during her guidance I feel like health is important not only for weight loss goals but for self peace .she enlighten us with health tips while considering our health ailments .Most of them worked for me in my weight loss journey .I have lost 8 kgs within a lapse of 5 months ,with subsequent inch loss.feel lighter and confident .Most important thing is motivated further to my weight loss goals under guidance.
