I studied by myself with numerous meetings with health professionals (doctors, nutritionists, naturopaths). In Norway, Denmark, Italy, Spain and France. Daily readings, conferences. I attach great importance to being constantly up to date on new discoveries.
I started with due nutrition advice in a biological market in Paris. And since then, I have been carrying out personalized follow-ups for three years in the Paris region.
I have always been tired, prone to muscle injuries and lack of sleep. My food was homemade, but that did not solve my many health problems.
