My class are based on the main doubts, main attacks and common situations that an attacker could have. Knowing what to do at the right time can help not only you but also your loved ones. The technique is KARATE DO, which means, THE WAY OF THE EMPTY HAND. We do not fight with weapons but we know how to use them in the extreme case.
