About Solomon
Hi, I'm Solomon an Online Personal Development Mentor, project management professional and content creator with a passion for helping people rebuild confidence, gain clarity and create meaningful change through practical action.
Throughout my career I've worked across project management, digital marketing, music production, events and content creation, while also building businesses of my own. Although these industries seem very different, they all taught me the same lesson: lasting confidence isn't something you wait to feel, it's something you build through structure, accountability and consistent action.
That belief led me into coaching and mentoring.
Alongside my professional experience, I hold a coaching certificate and I'm currently completing an Open University Coaching and Mentoring course, allowing me to combine recognised coaching techniques with practical, real world experience.
I founded The Waymark House because I believe people deserve honest, practical support during life's biggest transitions. Whether you're rebuilding after a setback, navigating a career change, developing your confidence or searching for greater purpose, my goal is to help you create a clear plan and keep moving forward.
I work with adults across the UK through online mentoring and have a particular passion for supporting men through major life transitions, while welcoming anyone committed to personal growth, accountability and lasting change.

As an Online Personal Development Mentor, I believe lasting confidence isn't something you find it's something you build through structure, accountability and consistent action. That's the foundation of every mentoring session I deliver.
Whether you're navigating a career change, rebuilding after a setback, recovering from a relationship breakdown, returning to work, starting a business or simply feeling stuck, our sessions are designed to help you create clarity, direction and a realistic plan for moving forward.
Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals rather than following a generic coaching programme. Together we'll explore where you are today, identify what's holding you back, and build practical strategies that fit your life. You'll leave every session with clear actions, measurable progress and greater confidence in your next steps.
Sessions are 60 minutes, delivered online, and include practical exercises, reflection and accountability to help you make progress between meetings. I don't believe in filling an hour with conversation alone I want every session to result in meaningful action.
My mentoring is suitable for adults at any stage of life who want to build confidence, improve personal development, navigate career transitions or create greater purpose and direction. While I have a particular passion for supporting men through major life transitions, I welcome anyone who is genuinely committed to personal growth and lasting change.
