About Darshan
My name is Darshan Makwana. I am certified Fitness Trainer with a Diploma in Advanced Fitness and Weight Loss with Specialization in Tabata Training. I have been working out for 3 years now and have built a solid foundation of both Practical and Theoretical knowledge.
I also know Yogasanas and incorporate that in the workout.
