About Mokshika
I started dancing when i was very young and used to exercise on dance songs since when Zumba was not even introduced well to us. I have been training people of all ages since past many years and still find fun and peace doing this. I can assure you fun, knowledge and change at a same time while working out with me.

Class starts with basic warm up reaching at a relaxed state then medium to high and intense but anaerobic mode of fun and entertainment while dancing our heart out. We will be doing mostly all sort of dances and songs slowly reaching back slow pace to relax our body and mind. At the end, i include a bit of yoga to relax our muscles and work on our soul. Register Yourself to find a new way of keeping yourself fit while having fun.
