About Joe
Hey all- My name is Joe and I'm a personal trainer and rock climber currently splitting my time between Europe and Salt Lake City. I graduated with honors from Temple University with my bachelor's in Kinesiology and have spent most of my career training working professionals to lose body fat and gain strength (the two go very well together!) I pride myself on being professional and really making the time we spend together engaging and enjoyable. I look forward to hearing from you!

Our session will be focused on finding out what your current goal is, quickly explaining the best-practice methodology, then teaching the concepts or exercises so you have the confidence and ability to practice the exercises on your own. My primary objective is to give you the most up to date skills and knowledge through our lessons so you accomplish your goals in the least amount of time.
One advantage of choosing me as your trainer is the experience I have working with clients at several different points in their fitness journey, as well as, my ability to adapt client workouts to the equipment available. I also have a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Temple University.
