About Mourad

Mourad, 21, in science college in Lyon.
I have always been in sport and after helping those around me to progress and achieve their athletic / physical goals, I felt a satisfaction in the simple fact of being an agent of change in a person. So I decided to extend my coaching field to more than those around me. It worked really well, so I decided to continue naturally! :)
With a fairly good sense of analysis, I manage to identify the profile of the person quickly and therefore start effective work from the first session!

About the lesson

Fitness for beginners up to more specific coaching for the advanced! Muscle strengthening, circuit training, weight training, cross-fit type exercises.
The courses are personalized according to the general profile of the person, their weak / strong points etc. My goal is for you to achieve yours by being as optimal as possible!
