As someone who has struggled with excess weight, I know that every small step counts towards developing a stronger character, so let's do our best and gradually leave the excuses behind. We are unique and each case requires different attention; our sessions/classes will be about getting to know each other better and helping me create the right training plan for you. Future classes will serve as a way for you to give me feedback on your progress, and in this way we can continue to update your training plan. This training plan will include explanations of the exercises, their purpose, and terms used in the gym. We won't complicate things, you'll also learn how to train!
One day at a time, a better version, your journey.
The content of my sessions, including videos, materials, and training instructions, is intended exclusively for educational and physical guidance purposes, and for adults who do not have any pathology. It does not replace medical evaluation or in-person monitoring. In case of pathology, consult a healthcare professional.

Very friendly and patient helping me reaching my goals and having a better quality of life.
Meet him through his social media, his personality makes things really easy to understand and I feel comfortable and confident in this learning experience all thanks to him.
The training sessions are very productive and fun! I felt a big improvement on my strength and mobility.
Por passar tantas horas sentada em trabalho de escritório decidi pedir ajuda ao Daniel para me ajudar a voltar a ganhar força no corpo. Senti uma grande diferença em poucos dias e a minha energia aumentou também. Muito obrigada!!!
