About Thibaud
I am a personal trainer in a gym in Brussels and I have been practicing bodybuilding since I was 15, running (15km) and weightlifting for 3 years.
I have perfected my method through various training courses but above all through diligent practice by experimenting with a lot of different techniques in order to compare them to achieve the best results.
And now I would like to share my knowledges with my clients.
