About Jackie
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach from Miami, FL. Living in the French Riviera since 2019, I'm a specialist in Nutrition Coaching and Weight Loss. I've also helped clients heal their Diastasis Recti after up to 3 pregnancies. I give private and group sessions both: -In Person around Nice, Monaco, Villefranche and Beaulieu. -Virtual My philosophy is fitness inside-out. I used to struggle for many years with body image. Fitness eventually came into my life in the form of therapy from my stressful corporate job. I decided I had to work on myself to beat the stress. With time, I discovered strategies and wonderful learnings about the human body well beyond physical "fitness", and my relationship with my body and body image forever changed. Therefore, it is my mission to take the same knowledge & experience to every single hard-working person, for their lives to be forever changed.
