About Rita
In online training classes are held via zoom, with only one student or with a group of 2 or 3 students. A physical evaluation is carried out and the evolution is monitored periodically. Online monitoring is carried out without the use of video calls, and the client is provided with a weekly training plan that they will have to comply with.
