About Victor

Have guaranteed results!
I am currently working in the city of Niterói.
As a personal trainer since 2008 and more than 10 years as a pilates instructor (through metacorpus), I have been transforming my clients into healthier versions of themselves. Let's keep fit together.

About the lesson

My classes are always based on scientific studies. I use weight training to generate the results desired by the students.
Classes can be at building gyms, a local gym or in pairs on the beach. Classes can be online if you feel the need.
I prescribe exercises if the person wanted to get out of the sameness of ordinary teachers
