Hello, I’m Nazish, a friendly and dedicated fitness trainer who enjoys helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I am patient with beginners and adapt my sessions according to each student’s fitness level and goals. I focus on making fitness simple, practical, and enjoyable for every student. My sessions include a proper warm-up, guided exercises, strength and conditioning, and a cool-down. Classes are adapted to individual fitness levels, whether you are a beginner, intermediate learner, or someone looking to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness. My goal is to help students build confidence, stay consistent, and make steady progress.
