About Kristina
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 11 years. I previously owned my own studio called The Weight Room, where I specialized in strength training and powerlifting. I achieved my Strength and Conditioning certification from NSCF 4 years ago and have helped many people achieve their goals. I am also a homeschool mom for over 5 years now and believe learning holistic well-being is a great addition to any homeschool plan! Afternoon/midday classes available.
