Hi, I'm Amit, a personal trainer with five years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in strength coaching and weight loss and have competed for India at the All India Strength Wars (AISW). My approach to training is highly personalized: I first understand a client's lifestyle, including their eating, sleeping, and working habits, and then tailor a training and diet plan that aligns with their personal goals.
