About Niclas
Bodybuilding and weight training have been a part of my life since my youth and are far more than just a hobby. Over the years, I've gained extensive practical experience and have even successfully competed in two bodybuilding competitions. Today, I work as a personal trainer in a gym and have completed the relevant coaching certifications at a university institute. Sports, muscle building, and weight training are my great passion, and I want to share this enthusiasm with others. I'm particularly motivated by guiding people on their individual journeys, passing on my knowledge and experience, and witnessing their progress step by step as they achieve their personal goals.

In my personal training, your individual goal is the focus. Whether you want to build muscle, get stronger, lose weight, improve your technique, or specifically get into bodybuilding – I tailor the training to your current fitness level and your goals. I place particular emphasis on proper exercise execution, sensible training planning, and measurable progress over the long term. My aim is not only to give you a plan, but also to equip you with the necessary knowledge so that you understand your training and can implement it successfully in the long run.
