I am a Taekwondo player who is also dedicated Yoga & Fitness Trainer passionate about helping people achieve a healthy body and a balanced mind. With a focus on strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellness, I design sessions that are safe, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels. My goal is to guide you towards sustainable fitness through mindful movement, proper breathing, and consistent practice.

Our Yoga & Fitness classes are designed to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. Each session combines yoga postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), stretching, and functional fitness exercises to help you stay active, healthy, and stress-free.
Classes are suitable for beginners to advanced levels and are conducted in a safe, supportive, and positive environment. Special focus is given to weight management, posture correction, muscle toning, stress relief, and body alignment.
Personal guidance is provided to ensure correct technique and maximum benefit.
