About Camilla

Hello, I'm Camilla Lins, Advertiser, yoga and meditation practitioner and instructor for over 7 years. I started with traditional Hatha Yoga because of knee and sciatica pain, throughout the practice I gained flexibility and training. Then I became interested in more vigorous series that I found in Ashtanga and Vinyasa. I have training in body language and theater.

About the lesson

I believe that the practice helps to develop self-knowledge and relaxation, developing in us physical and mental well-being. The practice of yoga is excellent for treating injuries, I started with one myself. The combination of yoga and meditation is healthy and powerful, nurturing in us the ability to analyze situations and culminating in a healthy coexistence in society. I offer personalized classes depending on the student's needs, we can focus on weight loss, flexibility gain, relaxation and injury treatments.
