About Evan
Hi, I’m Evan! I’m passionate about helping people find balance in our digital world. With so much of our lives spent on phones and screens, I know how hard it can be to disconnect and focus on what really matters. I’ve worked with families, students, and adults to create personalized digital detox plans that fit their unique routines and goals. My approach is practical, supportive, and tailored to your needs — no judgment, just real solutions that work. Whether you want to reduce your own screen time or help your kids develop healthy habits from the start, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Feel like you're glued to your phone or unsure how to guide your kids with tech? You're not alone — and I can help.
I'm Evan, and I specialize in helping individuals and families regain control over screen time and build healthy, realistic digital habits that actually stick.
Whether you're:
A parent about to give your child their first phone and don’t know where to start
A teen or adult who scrolls way more than you'd like
A student who wants to focus better but feels constantly distracted
…I’ll create a personalized digital detox plan that fits your lifestyle — with simple routines, helpful tools, and guidance to make real change (without feeling overwhelmed).
Let’s take your phone off autopilot and help you (or your family) use it with intention.
For Teenagers:
Many teens find it hard to put their phones down because social media, games, and messages can feel addictive and overwhelming. I’ll help you break free from constant screen time by creating a plan that fits your lifestyle and interests — so you can enjoy more time with friends, hobbies, and focus better on school without feeling stressed or left out.
For Adults:
Adults often struggle to balance work, family, and personal time when phones and notifications constantly interrupt. I’ll work with you to develop healthy device habits, reduce distractions, and set boundaries that allow you to be more present and productive — whether that means less mindless scrolling or better time management for your digital use.
For Kids:
Introducing phones or tablets to kids can be tricky. I design gentle, age-appropriate digital usage plans that help children learn how to use technology responsibly and safely. My approach encourages more offline play, creativity, and family interactions — building strong habits early that prevent overuse and help kids thrive.
If you need help setting up screen time limits on devices or configuring routers like Gryphon to control internet access for your family, I can guide you step-by-step to get everything set up and running smoothly, so you feel confident managing your home’s digital environment.
