About Richard
I am a Doctor of Education, international school principal, published author, and experienced educator with more than a decade of experience supporting students in diverse international school settings. My work has included teaching, assessment, intervention, curriculum development, and helping students strengthen both academic skills and confidence. I understand that math can be frustrating when a concept does not immediately make sense, so I focus on breaking problems into manageable steps and helping students discover strategies that work for them. My goal is to create a supportive, encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing as independent learners.
