Hello! My name is **Subodh Rana**, and I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with a **Master's degree in Yogic Science** and a **Bachelor's degree in Yoga Science and Holistic Health**. I have **over 3–5 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga**, helping students from diverse age groups and fitness backgrounds achieve their health and wellness goals.
I specialize in **Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga**. My teaching style combines traditional yogic principles with modern, practical techniques to ensure that every student receives safe, effective, and personalized instruction.
