About Savannah-Rivka
I’m a PhD researcher, academic editor, and native English speaker with experience supporting international students in academic writing and English communication. I’ve studied and worked in the United States, Europe, and Japan, and I’m currently completing my doctorate through the University of Tartu while serving as a Visiting Researcher at Hokkaido University. I understand the challenges of expressing complex ideas in a second language and aim to create a supportive, respectful learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence, and developing practical skills they can use beyond our sessions.

My lessons are personalized to your goals, whether you need help with academic writing, thesis or essay structure, clarity and grammar, or improving your spoken English. As a PhD researcher and native English speaker, I specialize in supporting ESL students with confidence, organization, and natural expression. Sessions can include real-time editing, writing feedback, conversation practice, or exam preparation. I aim to create a supportive, low-pressure space where you can ask questions freely and build practical skills you can use right away.
