About Giulia
I am an international law researcher and lecturer with a PhD in International Law and an LL.M. in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law from the University of Essex.
I have several years of university teaching and research experience in different European and Latin American universities. My teaching experience includes International Law, International Criminal Law and Human Rights, working with both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
I have taught and supported students through lectures, seminars, case discussions, group work and moot courts, including coaching students for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
My academic research focuses on Public International Law, International Criminal Law, International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law. I am also a member of a top-tier legal journal.
Having studied, taught and conducted research in different countries, I am particularly comfortable working with international students and explaining complex legal issues in a clear and accessible way.
I teach in English, Italian and Spanish.

My lessons are tailored to each student's academic level, objectives and learning style.
I teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Public International Law, International Criminal Law, International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law.
I can help you understand complex legal concepts and cases, prepare for exams, develop stronger legal reasoning and improve your approach to academic research and writing. I can also provide guidance and feedback on essays, dissertations and research projects, helping you strengthen their structure, argumentation, use of sources and legal analysis.
My teaching approach is interactive and case-based. Rather than simply explaining rules, I use cases, practical examples and discussion to help students understand how international law works in practice and develop their own legal reasoning.
Lessons are available online in English, Italian or Spanish and can be adapted to LLB, LLM and other undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.
