About Costanza

For over thirty years I have been working my private research teaching. I also direct a yoga training center where weekly practical lessons are alongside moments of philosophical and cultural training in South Asia. In this context I propose a structured study path on the following parameters: - recognizing the elements and peculiarities of the Indian philosophical path; - to analyze the well-known and 'unpublished' sources (in the light of the current vigorous resumption of philological-textual indological studies); - acquire a method of working on Indian philosophy that leads to a philosophical exercise as a formative and transformative practice.

Philosophy lessons are aimed at high school students who need to learn the philosophical approach to thinking about the world and who want to reconstruct the story. Monothematic and sector lessons are provided for university students. A further specific field of research that characterizes my training is the study of India's thoughts and possible interactions with Western philosophy. India has been home to a great philosophical tradition, although for a long time it was thought that it would not be possible to deal with 'philosophy' in this context, given the nineteenth-century suggestions that supported the subcontinent's thinking that did not meet the criteria Of Greek speculation. However, the renewed interest in Indian thought that characterizes the search for philologists, sanskritists, philosophers, and cultists of the subject, the enormous amount of critical translation work of the texts through which this thought has come to light, and at least in Part of the supremacy of the Eurocentric look on philosophy, suggest the necessity of bringing India back over the prejudice of its alleged philosophical minority. India has produced a huge amount of literature with all the philosophical features, investigating all the central problems of this discipline, applying sophisticated rational critical methods to interrogating the world, but moving on its original ground, within a It is precisely the context that needs to think of Indian philosophy by trying to emancipate the investigation from western periodization and systematization models. Thinking philosophy as a practice of life in which humans produce a philosophical discourse on themselves and on the world, that is to say, as a way that keeps us alive and like a plant that has grown up in other places, we want to turn Look at India's thoughts to rethink through a practice that can take on a global intercultural scale. This philosophical course is aimed in particular at those who want to pursue a personal philosophical training, as well as South-Asia disciplines teachers (yoga, meditation, relaxation) and Yoga Teacher Training Institutes and Institutes Industry experts for their own group of trainers.
