I’m Dr. Alicia, a PhD-trained, TEFL-certified leadership and language coach helping professionals master Business English through neuroscience-based methods, real-world practice, and executive communication techniques that build clarity, confidence, and authentic presence in every global interaction.
My Teaching Method
Each session combines targeted language skill-building (vocabulary, structure, pronunciation, and flow) with executive communication techniques—from persuasive presentation design to cross-cultural dialogue. I use real-world business cases, role-plays, and reflective feedback to make every lesson engaging, relevant, and immediately applicable.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-Up (5 min): Real-life conversation starter to assess fluency and tone.
Focus Skill (20 min): Grammar, vocabulary, or pronunciation tailored to your goals.
Applied Practice (20 min): Role-play of meetings, negotiations, or written correspondence.
Leadership Communication Drill (10 min): Executive presence, empathy in tone, and clarity of message.
Feedback + Action Step (5 min): Personalized strategies to continue improving between sessions.
What Sets Me Apart
My background as a corporate leadership coach (PCC-certified) and university instructor allows me to merge academic precision with real-world performance coaching. I focus on the emotional intelligence and cultural nuance behind language—helping clients not only speak English well but communicate with authority and authenticity.
