About Ria
Having left the strict religion of dogma I was brought up in, I have went through complete changes of perspective and therefore have a unique insight into the ways we decieve ourselves. I have learnt and consumed fair emounts of information since then which has helped me to help others curve their experiences into ideas and principles they can live by and to act on them :)

A thorough discussion wherein we can approach hurdles from a distance as though we are talking about the ideas in general and not your personal experience of life until you feel comfortable with that. I may take you through parts of books/movies/philosophies that would potentially help either in consolation or in teaching you more ways of seeing and managing particular issues. I could also take you through or give you creative or intellectual projects so that you're fully going somewhere in this process :) i'm very friendly, patient and respectful, as well as quite unphased by otherwise undiscussed issues! Ultimately it's up to you how you want to do this and to see how it works for you.

I highly recommend Ria as a coach. She helped me through the most stressful and scary time in my career. She guided me through an acting role that i had and help me gain so much confidence and belief in myself.
She has such a kind and understanding way about her and i was surprised how much I felt I could open up to her. Ria never judged me and I was even able to get advice from her about a break-up i was going through, which added to my self-esteem in the acting role.
Thank you Ria!View more recommendations
