My working method is based on the relationship between athlete - opponent; using as tools my experience as an ultra endurance athlete and experience as a member of the FF.CC.SS. This methodology is based on the establishment of a commitment link, towards the proposed objective, establishing as basic pillars: the effort, sacrifice and perseverance of the applicant and myself. From this relationship we will help each other to get the most out of the proposed planning and the face-to-face / planned non-face-to-face trainings, with the exclusive dedication that arises when developing any type of personalized planning in each sport discipline.
So planning of the athlete / athlete is carried out with a free initial assessment, followed by a weekly / monthly planning, together with a face-to-face and online monitoring 24 hours / day 7 days a week that allows us to focus on the achievement of the proposed objective.-
