About Claudia
As a dedicated second-year student, I find immense joy and fulfilment in my academic journey. I'm deeply passionate about delving into the complex domain of physics, but I also have a deep appreciation for biology. My aspirations extend toward a future in research, driven by a curiosity about the world around us.
Teaching holds a special place in my heart, as it allows me to share my enthusiasm and inspire others. Witnessing the transformation of one of my students, who went from struggling during lockdown to achieving the highest grades in her class upon returning to school, reinforced my deep enjoyment of teaching.

I employ creative analogies that engage students' memory and enhance retention. Rather than just knowledge, my focus is on ensuring deep comprehension, and I establish meaningful connections between different aspects of the subject matter, facilitating a holistic grasp of the course material. To personalise each tutoring session, I begin by assessing the student's strengths and weaknesses, starting with a set of exam questions, allowing me to tailor the lesson structure to their specific needs and pace. Additionally, I incorporate ample exam-style questions, to not only build their grasp of the subject matter but also to familiarise them with the format and demands of real exams.
My tutoring sessions are designed to optimise learning within an hour, recognising the importance of maintaining student engagement and focus. Drawing upon my A-level qualifications, which include achieving an A* in Maths and As in Further Maths, Physics, Polish, and Biology, I provide a solid academic foundation in my lessons. My lessons cater to teenagers gearing up for their impending GCSEs, whether they're a year or two out, and to students in Years 12 and 13 of sixth form.
