About Dominika
I studied piano, jazz and singing at Chetham’s School of Music for 8 years. I study at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire piano part time and am a Choral scholar with Trinity College, Cambridge where I read music.
I offer lessons which include piano playing, music theory, keyboard musicianship skills and aural skills. I can help you or your child with preparation for any ABRSM or Trinity board exams, as well as teaching a new skill for fun. I am a disciplined teacher, but I believe that learning piano should first of all be an enriching and fun experience. Good technique will help you achieve that!

My teaching method begins with the student, and with the music we are playing. I will give you a firm foundation in piano technique which will allow you to approach any new piece confidently and with control of how you want to portray its meaning. My method is after my own teacher, Pascal Nemirovski, who prioritises good tone and colour at the piano. Good sight-reading, aural and singing skills at part of my holistic approach to teaching.

Dominika is one of the most kind and generous friend I have and an exceptional pianist with the utmost artistic integrity. I am confident that any of her students will find the experience highly rewarding and thoroughly delightful.
Dominika is a truly excellent pianist, with incredible commitment to and sensitivity in her piano playing. Her passion for music making at the highest level is inspiring and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering studying with her.
Dominika is a brilliant musician and educator. She brings a vast wealth of knowledge as a performer, and her ability to cater to different students' needs makes her an outstanding teacher. Her passion and intellect is inspiring, but most importantly, her kindness and and driven work ethic makes her a model for all her students. I highly recommend Dominika without any hesitation.
