Classically trained at Vanier College with a teacher from Julliard, I've worked as a studio musician and record producer in Montreal Canada for 13 years, toured the world as Conductor and Keyboardist for the Cirque Du Soleil show “Alegria” for 5 years.
For the past 22 years in Australia, I've focussed on passing on my skills in my own piano school, “The Ivories” and online for ages 5 to 75, while playing concerts as a soloist at the Palace Theatre in St Kilda, the Athletes Village during the Commonwealth Games in Australia, corporate events at Crown and the National Gallery in Melbourne.
Lessons are typically half an hour long

Marc, has tutored and taught our son Noah since Yr4 - Yr10. Now Noah is in his final Senior years, he will no longer be continuing piano lessons with Marc. This was a very hard decision to come to.
Marc has been so valuable and instrumental in developing Noah’s theory and practical skill and mindset. We know that he has a genuine desire to help Noah succeed and do well in this area.
We are truly grateful for all that Marc has done in giving Noah the Best tutoring and mentoring. This has been so evident especially as Noah is now one of our main pianists in our church community.
We wish you well Marc as you continue to teach and bless others in our Community. We will always remember your investment into the Life of Noah.
God Bless
Sone & Nesa TThank you Marc for your hardwork and guidance when teaching Agnetha for these past 8 years.
Marc was friendly, encouraging, knowledgable and a caring teacher who Agnetha enjoyed her lessons with.
He has the musical background to back his talents as a piano teacher.
Marc showed geninue care and concern for her studies in piano. He was able to nuture her love for music and encourage her when times got tough as well as guide her through rough patches.
When COVID hit and face to face lessons were unable to be continued, Marc was adaptable in changing to online lessons where he was able to upkeep the quality of his lessons despite the technology barrier.
I would highly recommend Marc to anyone of any age looking to take up piano lessons, he will not disappoint you. Thank you again for your time all these years.Marc is a friendly, professional, calm and patient teacher. My 10-year old son started learning piano as a complete beginner with Marc about six months ago and he is enjoying his lessons. It’s been a delight to see him learn to play piano and practice at home. He finds Marc’s lessons fun and informative, and his explanations very clear. I highly recommend.
