I am a Floor Pilates Monitor, a trainer from the Antonio Nebrija University and a coach from the AICM. I teach private or group Pilates Floor classes to help you achieve your desired physical shape by working not only your muscles, but also your self-esteem and confidence.

I teach Pilates Floor classes, using coaching techniques to guarantee the greatest success both physically and emotionally. The classes are dynamic and varied so that each day is a new challenge. By bringing body and mind we multiply the chances of success.
