About Tania
Hello!
I am Tania.
A pleasure to know you reading these lines.
As you may have seen, I am a mat pilates instructor, professional contemporary dancer, Bachelor of Dance and Arts from Univ. ParisVIII, dance teacher and knowledgeable about various body practices.
This professional journey of years, has developed in me a worked look of the body in movement and thanks to this I can accompany you more assertively in this experience.
Although this describes a part of me, I would also like to share with you that I listen to the diversity and plurality of each body. That each session is an indication for you to choose what brings you the greatest well-being, knowing that I will be available for doubts, questions, comments.
Our will is that both in the virtual and in the physical we create safe and caring spaces.

We want to be aware of our bodies!
For this we will use movement and various dynamics that help us tone, strengthen, elongate, align the body and its posture.
A personalized practice for any level! From beginner to advanced.
With the possibility of choosing between 4 languages!
In the sessions, we will visualize those body places of overload or tension that block us and we will transform them by making a healthy, dynamic, progressive, challenging and optimal use of movement in Pilates. Adapting the practice to the level of each one. With the will that what is done in class accompanies you on a day-to-day basis.
Also, we will do a pilates journey of other body practices such as yoga, dance, ballet, feldenkrais, among others.
Classes will take place as follows:
We will start with a total body warm-up.
Then we will go into, progressively increasing intensity, activation, toning and muscle stretching exercises both standing and on the ground (prepare to sweat!) and then finish with active stretching.
Each class will be different, keeping some exercises, so we can see your progression and improvement.
In addition, if you choose to do private sessions you can choose the language that suits you best or you want to practice, between français, english, català or castellano.
