About Maja
I am a Political Science student currently enrolled in graduate courses (4.09cGPA). As a result, I have extensive experience in academic writing and research.
I completed a resume/cover letter writing workshop and interview skills course in 2018. I completed my honours thesis in 2020 and have acted as a peer mentor since 2018. I have over a year of experience as a research assistant for a PhD candidate.
I have worked in the non-profit, business, and public sectors—I am currently working for the Government of Canada.

I have been lucky enough to have received a job offer for every position that I have interviewed for. The tips and tricks that I use to prepare for, and succeed in, interviews were taught to me by my mentors. Now, I want to share them with you!
I take a collaborative and friendly but focussed approach to my lessons. I like to touch base with my students before our meetings to see what they want help with, and then I prepare a custom lesson plan and set of materials for each session.
I teach online using Zoom, Google Meets, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger, or whatever platform works best for you! :)
