About Oliver
I have a degree in 'Politics and International Relations' from the University of York, I have also now achieved a master's degree in 'Public Administration and Public Policy' from York.
I achieved A-Levels in politics and history and have employed both heavily throughout my undergraduate and postgraduate study.
Beyond my studies I have always held a strong passion for these subjects and researched them more broadly, I hope to allow others to find the same interest in these subjects and achieve the grades they desire.

I offer GCSE and A-Level tutoring for history, along with A-Level and Undergraduate tutoring for politics.
I believe that all students learn differently and deserve focused support tailored to their needs. The most important thing is learning how you can best learn. When best I will employ essay advice and read-throughs, exam practice, theme and concept discussion and more.
Lessons will generally be an hour long, however I am flexible if you feel longer lessons would be more impactful.
I do not have any paid experience in education, but I worked to assist younger students when I was an older student during my time as a GCSE and A-Level student. I also helped my two younger siblings learn during COVID. Finally, I aided my sibling with Dyslexia in successfully passing his GCSE exams.
