About Eva
I've studied Traffic technology early on, but I've mostly worked and lived in different places around the world, gaining practical knowledge. Along the way I became fluent in Spanish, picked up various hospitality & customer service skills, but luckily I've been able to find time for personal research regarding plant based cousine, nutrition, holistic approaches to well-being and alternative medicine. I've gained theoretical knowledge, but most importantly with pursuing my other passion, which is yoga, was I able to get a better understanding and first hand practical knowledge involving personal observations and conclusions of how our relationship with food is of huge importance and can only work harmoniously once a balance between mind, body & spirit is attained.

My personal approach is firstly completely understanding the individual's current circumstances and their background, assessing their food habits and lifestyle, starting from the beginning of the journey, to be able to resolve the issue and actually fix the problem and the lifestyle, rather than finding a temporary solution. Findung a holistic and individual approach and appropriate process of healing for the client, to re-gain a positive balance again.
