About Soulful thoughts

I am a Mental Health Wellness coach and teaching and practicing yoga has given me a new perspective for the way I see life. I have rediscovered myself along with my practice, getting comfortable in my own body, being able to bring lots of good health, positivity and smile in people's life.

About the lesson

I have been teaching yoga from past few years, and my clients have seen tremendous improvements in their mental and physical health. My classes are designed for client's needs and the sessions are one hour. I take both individual and group classes and client's requirement is my priority.

I have had a very good experience with classes from Soulful thoughts. The teacher has in-depth knowledge about Yoga, teaches with a lot of patience, ensures our postures are perfect and gives every student the needed attention. The classes have personally helped me quite a lot, and I would recommend Soulful Thoughts as a go-to for anyone wanting to start Yoga.
