I guide gentle 1:1 online pranayama sessions that help calm the nervous system, steady the mind, improve health, restore energy and strength. Each class is tailored to your unique needs, blending powerful breathwork with grounding practices for lasting balance and peace. Please note my classes are only 1:1, not group and I create a set of Pranayamas specifically for your intention: to improve health, to increase energy, to help lose weight, to boost confidence etc. You will need to tell me what your intention is before we meet for 1:1 online

Pranayama is deeply spiritual and ancient. It is considered a higher limb of yoga than asana practices and my price reflects that. I teach powerful pranayama techniques brought to us from ancient rishis and after attending my classes you can practise them yourself daily and reap amazing rewards in shape of improved health, boosted energy, calmer mind and more enhanced intuition.
