About Cemre
I wanted to share yoga, which has been an important part of my life for a while, with the unique moments I had with children. What children want from me is more important to me than what I want to do. For this reason, my planned lesson flow in children's yoga, rather than adult yoga, can be shaped according to their expectations during the lesson and its duration may change. Yoga and meditation practices can only be sustained with the child's curiosity, desire and demand; The parent should be aware that this is not a lesson given to the child, but a tool in the child's inner and physical journey and should be guided in this regard.

My Children's Yoga Instructor information; I think that my knowledge, skills and experiences of the current pre-school age group also feed my creative drama education. I think that mindfulness-based yoga, if done regularly, contributes to the developmental aspects of children in many ways, and increases their awareness of themselves and their environment.
