About Elle
I am a friendly, patient and approachable maths tutor who is passionate about helping children develop confidence in their mathematical abilities. I understand that every child learns differently, so I take the time to explain concepts clearly and adapt my teaching to suit each student.
My lessons are supportive, engaging and focused on making maths easier to understand. I aim to create a positive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and learning at their own pace.

I aim to make maths clear, enjoyable and confidence-building, adapting each lesson to the child’s individual needs and learning style. I use simple explanations, worked examples, questioning and plenty of practice to help children understand why an answer is correct rather than simply memorising methods.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes. I provide patient, supportive and personalised tuition for children aged 5–11 (primary school level), covering topics such as number skills, addition and subtraction, multiplication and division, times tables, fractions, decimals, problem-solving and preparation for SATS.
