I like to develop a love of learning in an inclusive and supportive environment. Every child develops at their own pace and as a teacher you appreciate and support that. I encourage a fun aspect to learning - especially with younger children, to develop a love of learning and reading. Once a child feels confident and safe in the class room they will learn far more effectively. That is my responsibility.
