I’m an internationally certified NCSF personal trainer with a BFA in Dance from the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and background as a trainer at Equinox Wall Street. I have taught private clients ages 12 - 72 years for 5+ years.
I specialize in strength training with strong expertise in mobility, post-injury rehabilitation, and athletic conditioning. Every client receives a fully customized 6-week program designed around their specific goals, body, and lifestyle.
Whether you’re looking for multiple sessions per week or a more flexible schedule, I provide focused, results-driven coaching that meets you where you are and pushes you forward.
