About Jaime
My name is Jaime , and I’ve been teaching yoga for 7 years. I hold 3 certifications. 1) vinyasa (think hot and sweaty) 2) Anusara (therapeutic alignment)& 3) yoga sculpt (adding low weights with yoga).
Teaching is truly my passion and when I’m not on my mat, i’m a college professor.
I hope to share my love of yoga with you soon!

My classes are designed for you and your needs. During our initial free call, I spend time getting to know your body and any injuries. I customize each class to what you body needs that day.
Virtual classes are 1 hour long and start off at £40 a session.
In person classes are £70 and you can invite as many people as you’d like to join.

I found Jaime on Superprof as I was looking for a yoga teacher that could give me a good work out. Lucky enough she specializes in Vinyasa! I found her to be very professional and she cared deeply about my improvement while making sure I wasn’t doing anything to injure myself. She switched it up as well so each class seemed fun and new - highly recommend her for yoga!!
