My sessions combine yoga asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation practices. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate Yoga Nidra or sound healing.
Whether you're a beginner, working professional, senior or experienced practitioner, I adapt the practice to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. The goal is not simply to perform postures—it is to develop awareness, discipline, strength, mobility, breath control and a deeper connection between body and mind.
