About Tom
My background is quite atypical. Always passionate about dance, I left university at 18 to devote myself to my passion full time.
I started to practice dance and acrobatics when I was 13 years old. Although I blossomed there, my curiosity, my desire to learn and to become a complete artist made me move towards other styles (classical / jazz / contemporary ..)
Today I I am lucky to be a complete artist, and to be employed for my diversity
So I would like to share with you my way of apprehending the body to best support you in achieving your goals, and you feel better about yourself. [NOT]

My methodology will be very different depending on the client (age group / sex / ambition ..)
I offer several formulas,
- Fitness
- Muscle strengthening with or weightless
- HIT (intensive session with little rest time)
- Learning various acrobatics (Flip / salto / breakdance figures)
- Learning handstand (getting on the hands, moving on the hands, jumping on the hands ...)
We can also quite create together a training dedicated entirely to your desires, and your objectives.
Each session will start with a joint warm-up and will end with stretching in order to have a complete session (and to be able to do the splits !! :)).

Tom m'a donné plusieurs cours et il y a tant à dire ... la 1 ère c'est ses qualités en tant que professeur, il a su me passionner et m'aider malgré mes piètres qualités de danseur haha
La 2 ème c'est sa positivité, son smile en bref son peps !

Tom est mon professeur de sport depuis plus d'un an, son sérieux et sa pédagogie m'ont permis de progresser rapidement. Ses cours sont rythmés et variés, il n'y a pas le temps de s'ennuyer !
