I'm an actress with a B.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of South Florida. I have 35 years experience in the dramatic and comedic areas of performance art. I have taught children and adults for most of my life.

I specialize in Method Acting, sketch comedy, and improvisation using Viola Spolin techniques. We warm up the body, mind, breath, voice, and spirit with dance, movement, and vocalization games. I focus on bringing play back into the theater world.
